We’re down to the Final Four in Top Chef: Jen, Kevin, Michael, and Bryan. I consider Jen as the weakest chef, but funny things happen on Top Chef. I’m guessing Jen finds a way to make it into next week’s Finale. Kevin is the best chef. He’s been strong since Episode One. He’ll make the Finale. So now it’s down to the Voltaggio brothers: Michael and Bryan. One of them will be sent home tonight. My guess is that it will be Michael, the younger brother. Michael can be snarky. He said, “I cook like Kevin on my day off.” Not nice. I’m predicting that Padma will say, “Michael, please pack your knives and go.”
GREAT PICTURE, George!
Coming after the other four, it really woke me up.
Padma is my favorite character on TOP CHEF. I think she has a great personality, Jeff, as her photos reveal.
I was struck by how much the picture of the second brother reminds me of this guy.
Dead ringer, Jeff.
That was the best laugh I’ve had lately. I think Jennifer is gone tonight. I think Michael may be the best fancy pants chef and Kevin the best one for taste. I don’t think Jen has either strength so….
Been listening to Enya. She’s better than a tranquilizer. I float out of the room.
Glad I was able to amuse you, Patti! A lot of people don’t “get” my humor. Enya will bring your blood pressure down 10 points!
I watched this show just once, came across it by accident and told the wife “oh, this is the one George Kelley likes” and we watched. I don’t like ti as much as “Next Food Network Star”, but then I’ve only seen the one show. It was he judges that put me off. Hope your favorites win!
I’m guessing the bottom picture os of a dessert chef?
Padma is one of the judges, Rick. And, more or less, the hostess of the competition. It’s hard to believe she was once married to writer Salman Rushdie.
Apparently, the wardrobe budget for tv judges has really been slashed. Maybe that’s what led to the lovely Ms. Lakshmi’s pregnancy.
Btw, I’m tickled the way you’re on a first-name basis with her…
Padma and I go way back, Drongo.
