Wolf, Diane and I were High School classmates. I had a crush on Diane, but I was too shy back then to do anything about it. Then, when our 10th High School Reunion rolled around, I flew home from Wisconsin (where I was working on my PhD.) and called Diane up. To my surprise, she agreed to accompany me to the Union. Sparks flew and the rest is History!
And impressive you can still wear those uniforms from the 10th Reunion…

Congratulations! Any exciting plans? (You’re still eight years behind us.) So far, I’d say you are really enjoying your retirement.
Sunday will be 51 years since we first got together at that fateful New Year’s Eve party, though we were already friends for a couple of months by then.
Jeff, with the Polar Vortex dumping arctic air on us, we may just stay in today and celebrate our Anniversary at a restaurant (and go see a movie) when the temperatures rise above freezing!
Congratulations to you and Diane! I always feel like such a piker when your anniversary (or Phil & Patti’s or Jeff & Jackie’s) rolls around. John and I will celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary (and 31 years together) in February—which is a lot compared to some of our friends, but rather meager when compared to you guys.
George, congratulations to you and your wife!
May I ask how long you were together before you decided to marry?

That’s a lovely story! Waiting 10 years to make it happen …
Wolf, better late than never!
Ah, geez, get a room won’t you, you crazy kids?
Anyway, congrats! You’ve been married to Diane longer than you’ve been married to Big Orange.
Jerry, thanks for the kind thoughts! Big Orange was been busy this week and there’s more snow in the forecast for the weekend!
Big Congratulations!
Patti, we’re trying to catch up to you and Phil!
And everyone said it wouldn’t last…..
Dan, you have no idea how many people had that same thought went we got hitched!
Congratulations. You have a lovely family, no surprise as you’re both amazing people
Maggie, thanks for your kind words! We got very lucky with the Amazing Patrick and Kate the Great.

Congratulations, Jeff, that kind of long term partnership isn’t found so often nowadays!

Have a wonderful day!
Deb, if you get hitched to the Right Person life is heaven…but it you pick the Wrong Person life is hell. I really got lucky with Diane!
Congratulations Bruce, um, George, and Selina, um, Diane. You make a great couple.
I guess you could have slipped in a Batman-Catwoman graphic novel for your FFB today, too. Stay warm!
Rick, Diane (aka, Selina) and I might take the Bat-snowmobile out for a spin tonight!
Happy Anniversary, George and Diane’!! Our 38th as well!
Scott, congratulations to you and your lovely wife!
Congratulations to you all! (Including the younger Kelleys and the Cupps)!
I don’t have a date for my (platonic) housemate Alice and I, but it has been 21 years of cohab so far…
Todd, congratulations on 21 years of bliss for you and Alice!
