The 3-2 Buffalo Bills stagger into their Bye Week with plenty of injuries and questions. How can they fix their non-existent Offense? Will their excellent Defense break down from being on the field too long? Maybe a week off will improve things. How will your favorite NFL team perform today?
Bye here, but I wouldn’t watch anyway!
Bob, I think the Seahawks are a better team that most people think.
Bob’s just upset about the player demonstrations (sitting, kneeling) against racial inequality, so I guess he’s boycotting.
George, I’m going to stop sending you private pictures if you insist on sharing them with the world!
The 2-2 Saints take on the 3-2 Lions in the Superdome today. Time was, the Saints could not lose at home, but those days are long past, so I have no great hopes of today’s outcome. Anyway, I’m focusing on the Astros-Yankees and Dodgers-Cubs LCS games later today. Football will have to wait.
Oops—no Astros-Yankees game today (for which the now 0-2 Yankees are probably grateful).
Deb, the Yankees were down 0-2 to the Cleveland Indians yet came back to win the series. They’re a dangerous team!
Deb, the Saints put up a ton of points on the Lions! What an exciting game!
The 0-5 Giants will be 0-6 after Sunday night in Denver.
Jeff, when the Giants lost three starting wide receivers in one game, you knew their season was in jeopardy.
Looks like the Seahawks are also on a bye, so no game to watch. Like Deb, we have been following the LCS games, rooting for Houston (anyone but the Yankees) in the AL and the Dodgers in the NL.
Rick, the Dodgers look powerful. It could be their year.
And more important, will the VP stay for the whole game?
Not if Derek Fuhrer orders him to leave.
Dan, as long as there is social protest, the VP will skip out!
Derek.?
I hate autocorrect.
Jeff, autocorrect has no sense of humor! The drive back to North Tonawanda went fine, but there were backups around Hamilton. We took the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge and sailed through.

Jeff, WORDPRESS sometimes has a mind of its own.
Did anyone have the slightest surprise when Louise Penny won yet another Anthony Award for Best Novel?
Jeff, Louise Penny was referred to as “The Queen” in this morning’s GUEST OF HONOR interview. No surprise she won an another Anthony.
We got across the Rainbow Bridge even faster than the other day, after Jackie got her request for a return visit to the buffet at the Fallsview C—– (which WordPress won’t accept) in Niagara Falls.
Jeff, I have no idea why WORDPRESS won’t accept CASINO.
