GREEN BAY PACKERS VS. BUFALO BILLS

It’s hard to believe the 5-1 Buffalo Bills are 10 1/2 point favorites over the 3-4 Green Bay Packers. The Packers have lost three games in a row and look dispirited and inept. Aaron Rodgers has never been a double digit underdog since he arrived in the NFL. But, he is tonight. How will your favorite NFL team perform today?

Bob, New York State allowed legalized Sports Gambling in January 2022 and has taken in over $250 million in tax revenue from it so far!

The underwhelming Saints (2-5), after a ten-day hiatus, take on the only-slightly-less-impressive Raiders (2-4) at the Super Dome today. Both teams seem to be limping their way to insignificance. And there’s only a few more World Series games left to divert me—and none today, alas!

Deb, the TV network that broadcasts the World Series games makes the schedule. In this case, FOX decided not to have baseball games on Sunday that would interfere with their more lucrative football games.

Just back from a trip to NOLA, MS, ALA. We went to Fairhope Ala, a cute city, which is where Phillip Rivers is the coach of a HS football team. From a few store owners, he’s well liked there.

On Fri & Sat in NOLA, there were tons of Raiders fans, some with Vegas T’s, others with Oakland gear. In the airport yesterday waiting for the flight home a bunch of the raiders fans were chanting as they marched thru the airport after deplaning.

I basically just root for the Chiefs and Rams now. Hope the Bills win.

Maggie, the Raiders did NOT have a good time in the Big Easy! And they need to get that Voodoo Curse lifted if they want to win more games!

The Packers lost back to back to the Giants and then the Jets, so they are in trouble.

As for the Giants, they have another tough nut to crack toay in Seattle. They are three point underdogs despite their 6-1 record. Again, don’t bet on them etc.

    Fingers crossed.

Jeff, we just arrived home after an uneventful drive from Ohio. However, as we neared Orchard Park, around 3:30 P.M. we could see the traffic building on the routes leading to Highmark Stadium…and the Bills!

Beth, Joe might not have liked the Final Score! I think the Packers need to trade for a veteran wide receiver before tomorrow’s NFL Trade Deadline!
