After the Buffalo Bills defeated the San Francisco 49ers in a wonderful snow game 35-10, the 10-2 Bills travel to sunny California to take on the 6-6 LA Rams. The Bills are 4½ point favorites. The Bills have clinched the AFC East title and are now playing for a better seating in the Playoffs. The Rams are desperate to make the Playoffs. Different motivations…
How will your favorite NFL team perform today?
About as well as always, I guess. The 2-10 Giants host Deb’s Saints today. They’ll lose.
Just discovered this: since 2000, the Giants rank 798 out of 798, with a grand total of ONE INTERCEPTION through the first 13 weeks of the season.
Jeff, as of today, the Bills defense has 13 interceptions.
As Jeff notes, the 4-8 Saints limp northward to take on the 2-10 Giants. Amazingly, even with a losing record where their losses outnumber their wins in a 2-to1 ratio, the Saints are still technically not eliminated from playoff contention yet because the NFC South is overall so crappy right now. However, with the loss of their secret ingredient, Taysom Hill, to injury, I think the Saints may actually hand the Giants their third win of the season. I’ll be writing Christmas cards and wrapping gifts while the game plays in the background.
Deb, same here: working on Christmas cards and presents will the NFL games are on in the background. I’ll focus my attention on the Bills vs. Rams in an hour or so. Good luck Saints!
I told you guys. No matter how badly the Saints play, they will be way better than the truly pathetic and hapless Giants.
A plane flew over the Stadium with a banner: “Mr. Mara, Please fix this dumpster fire.”
Jeff, this game with the Rams is a dumpster fire for the Bills! The Bills Special Teams and Defense didn’t show up!
Bills just gave up a blocked kick 6 to LA, and 9ersare up 14 vs Bears. So far good for my guys, but they’re going nowhere in post-season. Shape up, Bills or I’ll be stuck with nobody to root for.
Art, the Bills look like they’re going to drop this game against the Rams. And next week, the Bills face even a better team: the Lions! Yikes!
I’ve been fighting a nasty cold so I went to bed at the beginning of the Seahawks game! When I got up later we’d already won, so that’s a good thing! Can’t believe the Bills got beaten by the Rams! For shame!
Bob, on any given Sunday… Hope you’re feeling better!
