Daedalus is having a DVD sale, but the item that caught my eye and my wallet was THE COMPLETE MONTY PYTHON’S FLYING CIRCUS. We’re talking about 36+ hours on 21 DVDs for only $44.98. AMAZON wants $84.99 for the same thing. The list price is $150.95 so you’re saving Big Bucks! Go to www. salebooks.com and start saving!
One question, George: where do you store all the thousands of DVDs you have?
😉
Next to the books, of course.
I want to know that too. I have a friend with a huge collection and it has totally taken over his house. Every table opens up to be a trunk.
Space expands to accommodate books, CDs, and DVDs. It’s an elementary law of Physics (and collecting!).
Sadly, I seem to live in a Bermuda Triangle-like home where that rule does not apply.
Move.
My joint looks like the Collyer brothers took up residence. The only way to expand space to accomodate the collections would be to throw out the family. Don’t think I haven’t considered it, either.
I think Andy J. has us all beat.
It’s books in this house. Despite giving away half a thousand books a year, something happens in the night. Here they come again.
I give plenty of books to SUNY at Buffalo, but somehow my Read Real Soon stack never seems to go down.
