There are some classics in these 67 THRILLER episodes, Rick. I remember watching the stories based on Poe’s short stories and hiding behind the couch.

Twilight Zone debuted in 1959, Thriller in 1960, Night Gallery in 1970. I remember some of those shows scared the bejabbers out of me.

My sister was so traumatized by the pig people episode of TWILIGHT ZONE, my Mom banned the program in our house. I had to sneak over to my friend’s house to watch it.

I was going to say, THRILLER at its best far outclassed TWILIGHT ZONE and NIGHT GALLERY at their not inconsiderable best (and T’s worst isn’t anywhere near the depths of the others’ worst). My favorite from childhood viewing is Robert Bloch’s adaptation of his own “The Weird Tailor” (pun almost inevitable)…I picked up my box from Amazon for just under a C-note, and began watching ’em, but haven’t had time to get very far yet. The first two Not the best, though the first is interesting on its own terms.

I vaguely remember “The Weird Taylor,” Todd. I must have only seen a dozen or so THRILLERS as a kid so I’m looking forward to watching the entire 67 episodes.

The “The Weird Tailor” adaptation in the film ASYLUM doesn’t touch it.

67 episodes is remarkable for two seasons, even for ’60-’62, but Revue Studios had some sort of special relationship with NBC.

This THRILLER set looks like a treasure trove of excellent versions of Robert Bloch, Cornell Woolrich, and Poe, Todd. I can’t wait until UPS delivers it!
