BUFFALO BILLS VS. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS [CBS]

The 6-6 Buffalo Bills, coming off their BYE Week, find their Playoff prospects fading with only five more games left on the schedule. Today’s opponent, 8-4 Kansas City Chiefs, could dash the Bills’ Playoff dreams with a win. It’s Crunch Time for the Bills in KC. The Chiefs are favored by 3 points.

The 1-11 Panthers journey to Bew Orleans to take on the 5-7 Saints. I would usually say the Saints have a chance for an easy win here, but their playing has been so lackluster and lethargic, I could see the dreadful Panthers actually winning their second game of the year.

Great! Another guaranteed no-lose day for the Giants! Yes, you guessed it, they aren’t playing. Coming of their bye (like the Bills), the Giants get an extra day off before hosting the Packers Monday night. The timing might be lucky for the Packers (or the Giants, I must admit), as tonight will have torrential downpours and 50 mph wind gusts and Monday night will just be cold but dry. Bummer. The Giants can use any help they can get.

I believe they visit the less than powerhouse (but still dangerous) Saints next Sunday.

    We get the Jets-Houston game at 1, Bills-Chiefs and Niners-Seahawks at 4.

Our games are opposite here, @ half time SF up 4, Bills with 2 minutes left, up 14-0. So looking better for you than me at the moment, but we’ll see. I expected the Niners to start strong, and they did, 1st 2 plays for a TD, but back and forth since. Whatever the result, I’ll be gritting teeth rooting for Dallas later, since if they beat Philly SF should be well situated to get the bye in the postseason.

Bob, woulda, shoulda, coulda. Kadarius Toney lined up in the Neutral Zone off-sides which negated what could have been the Play of the Year and a KC win. But, the ref threw the flag and the Bills won! Next week, the Dallas Cowboys come to Buffalo!
