[Buffalo Bills on Twitter] It’s Been A Long Time Coming (Hype Video Bills Dropped For Winning AFC East from r/nfl
The Buffalo Bills, led by Quarterback Josh Allen–the AFC Offensive Player of the Week…for the FOURTH TIME this season!–play the Playoff-less Patriots. For the first time in 19 years, the Patriots will be home watching the Playoffs instead of dominating them. The Bills are 7-point favorites.
Go, Bills!
From the “There is Something Really Wrong Here” file: the NY Giants are 5-10 after losing three in a row. Yet, they can STILL win the division and make the playoffs! All they have to do is beat the Cowboys next week and hope the Eagles beat Washington. If that were to happen, all three (other than the Eagles) would be tied at 6-10 and the Giants, by virtue of two head to head wins over Washington and a better division than Dallas, would win!
Frankly, I’m expecting the Cowboys to win, but we’ll see .
Jeff, Giants QB Daniel Jones does not look healthy.
Steve Kornacki, who did such great work breaking down the election data for NBC, now does something similar with football team records on Sunday Night Football—and it was very interesting watching him last night explain how the Saints, rather than the Packers, could still win the NFC—but only if the Seahawks win next week (there were some other contingencies, but that was the main one)…so guess who’s going to be Russell Wilson’s biggest fan for the next seven days? Right—this girl!
Deb, Diane and I are Steve Kornacki fans, too! Yes, I was as surprised as you were when Kornacki revealed that the Saints could get the Number One Playoff berth with some Byzantine combinations of Packers, Seahawks, and Saints performances next Sunday.
