BUFFALO BILLS VS. NY JETS

Vegas has made the 6-1 Buffalo Bills a 13-point favorite over the surprising 5-3 NY Jets. The Jets QB Zach Wilson threw for nearly 400 yards last Sunday against the New England Patriots–but also threw THREE game-killing interceptions. How will your favorite NFL team perform today?

The 3-5 Saints host the 5-3 Ravens in the Super Dome for the Monday Night Football game. Despite a strong win last week, the Saints are basically limping their way to the end of the season—and I’m not expecting them to do much against the AFC North leading Ravens. But today I am basking in LSU beating Alabama last night and the Astros winning the World Series a few minutes later (we were giving the remote control a workout as we switched back and forth between games). Alas, my Powerball numbers did not win, but two outta three ain’t bad.

Deb, our Powerball numbers didn’t win either. But, Diane’s at the store buying a Powerball ticket for the next drawing! If we win, we’ll share!!!

I guarantee it – they will NOT lose! Yes, correct, the Giants are off this week for the bye.

I hope the Bills are prepared for near-record warmth, as it is already 67 degrees going to the mid-70s, possibly tieing or beating the record of 74. Zack Wilson screwed up big time last week, and I doubt he can beat the Bills.

Deb, nobody won the Powerball again, so $1.9 BILLIN on Monday.

Jeff, Western NY set not just one but TWO Warm Weather records this weekend. We broke the record on Friday and yesterday. Diane says North Tonawanda hit 81 degrees yesterday…that’s 30 degrees above Normal!

Wow, that was quite the upset there. I didn’t think the Jets had it in them. The Bills just didn’t get it done the whole second half.

Jeff, the Bills played an awkward game: 2 interceptions by Josh Allen, multiple Defensive breakdowns, and a missed Field Goal that was the difference in the game. And, next week, the Bills face the 7-1 Minnesota Vikings!
