I’ve really enjoyed this season of Doctor Who featuring Matt Smith as The Doctor and Karen Gillian as Amy Pond (the hot redhead companion). Tonight’s episode should resolve the issue of The Doctor’s death, the conspiracy of The Silence, and the resolution of several subplots. I’m looking forward to the Finale even though I know they’ll throw in some cliff-hangers. For those of you who haven’t watched Doctor Who BBC America is featuring a marathon of Doctor Who episodes all day long. The perfect way to get caught up! The Finale is scheduled to start at 7:05 P.M. EST.
I’ve enjoyed this season also. Smith hasn’t been my favorite Doctor, but he’s starting to grow on me.
Exactly, Randy! I had my doubts about Matt Smith, but he’s created his own niche in the DOCTOR WHO Hall of Fame.
I always mean to catch up with some of these long-running shows but I never do. It just seems like forty years worth is too much.
You can just focus on the current series, Patti. They’re running a season’s worth of episodes today. It’s not too hard to figure out the story arc.
I will be busy all day but the DVR will be running. This season has been interesting from the beginning.
You’re right, Scott. The season opened with the shocking death of The Doctor and now we’ll see how it all plays out in the finale.
Dr. Who all day? But… it’s Saturday! College football – all day. Plus I’m waiting for Tom Baker to return.
Tom Baker did some DOCTOR WHO radio shows that are on CD now, Rick. You might get your local public library to buy them.
Oh, and where is the super long knitted neck scarf?
That’s okay, Rick: College Football and DOCTOR WHO can co-exist. Just DVR the DOCTOR WHO marathon!
DVR? Whas is?
