Glad you enjoyed them. For various reasons – Jackie refusing to take the subway, etc. – we stayed out of Manhattan as much as possible this year. We will definitely try and get to more shows this coming year. We already have tickets for our first concert, in April – The Mavericks.

We last saw Delia Ephron’s LEFT ON TENTH, based on her memoir of the same name, which was good but not special. The book was better.

I need to keep better track of plays/musicals I see. I only remember a half dozen. And I know it was more than that. Megan takes the subway all the time and it does concern me. Also her mile walk home from the stop late at night.

Patti, I’m concerned when Patrick and Katie take the subway, too. Too many crazies! When we’re visiting NYC I always pay for the Uber or Lyft for all of us.
