My favorite of the year is Three Billboards Outside…
The rest not in order
It
The Shape of Water
Trainspotting 2
Bladerunner 2049
Brawl On Cellblock 99
The Disaster Artist
Dunkirk
Baby Driver
John Wick 2
Get Out
Lucky
Logan Lucky
Wonder Woman
Logan
Wind River
The worst-The Killing of a Sacred Deer and Justice League.
Steve, glad you included WONDER WOMAN on your list. A lot of the “experts” ignored Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins in their BEST MOVIES OF 2017 lists.
Should have included Detroit. A of a rough watch at times. I was in Detroit to see Tim Buckley at the Grande Ballroom the night the riots broke out. Luckily they didn’t start till a couple hrs later.
I will be catching up on the late year movie releases once we get to Florida, but I’d definitely have JOHN WICK 2 and WONDER WOMAN on the list. And probably WAR FOR THE PLANET OF THE APES.
The only 2 on your list I watched were John Wick 2 and wonder woman, and I enjoyed them both I have the big sick and want to watch it, but am clearing out my dvr again. Lady bird is the one on your list I doubt I’d see (much prefer comedies and action to drama)
I had to get a new box on the 3rd of dec, (only had it less than a year and 1/2) I got cox to give me credit for one month of service. I’ve had to have the box rebooted 3 times as it stops recording about once a week. I’m guessing a new box is in order, waiting for tech to “investigate” I’m anticipating another free month of service. after I complain again.
Maggie, I argue with SPECTRUM (it used to be Time-Warner) every few months to get our cable bill reduced. They always have “specials” that bring the price down. What a scam!

Jeff, I’ve seen WAR FOR THE PLANET OF THE APES on several lists. It didn’t stay long when it came to Buffalo.
Umm… I didn’t go the movies this year. Barbara liked THREE BILLBOARDS.
Rick, many of my friends just wait for the movies to show up on Netflix, HULU, or Amazon Prime.
