I loved this animated holiday special (only 40 minutes!) which features all the Star Wars characters from the past three movies. Rey does some Time Traveling and meets the major characters from the “old” Star Wars movies. Plenty of fun and cleverness result. Check out the trailer below. Are you a Star Wars fan? GRADE: A
Not for this sort of thing.
Michael, I’m always impressed by the detail of these LEGO animated films. And the humor.
I love that you love these. You are the anti-Scrooge. Or Santa Claus perhaps.
Patti, my favorite phrase for this season is: Ho, ho, ho!
I thought at first that they were reviving the old awful joliday special and then I saw Lego was involved. Still have not seen it but I will!
Scott, you will be impressed by the level of detail in this LEGO STAR WARS animated feature. Astonishing! And the story is clever, too.
Not a fan of Lego in any way, shape or format. Blech.
Rick, LEGO animated movies appeal to the kid in me.
Officiating in last nights game was awful.
Rick, I had to turn the Monday Night Football game off. Very poorly officiated and played.
I also was never a fan of Lego and Star Wars was too kitschy for me – and my wife too though she’s also been a SF fan for many decades.
Most of the SF movies of the last years have this kitschyness – Avatar was the worst for us, we switched it ff after a few minutes.
Wolf, AVATAR’s sequel is highly anticipated over here. Some people prefer STAR TREK to STAR WARS.
