After the Buffalo Bills’ disastrous loss to the Denver Broncos–24-22–on Monday Night Football, Head Coach Sean McDermott fired Offensive Coordinator, Ken Dorsey. The Bills Offense has struggled for two months and the terrible plays on Monday night sealed Dorsey’s fate.
But, Ken Dorsey was not responsible for the 4 turnovers in that game against the Broncos. Dorsey was not responsible for the 12-men-on-the-field penalty that seized Defeat from the jaws of Victory. This Bills team has many, many problems and seems doomed to missing the Playoffs this year. Yet, for some bizarre reason, Vegas has made the Bills 7-point favorites over the Jets! Ridiculous!
How will your favorite NFL do today?
The Saints have a bye week—which is just as well, considering their awful loss to the Vikings last week in which the Boys in Black-and-Gold only decided to show up in the second half! If they’d played the entire 60 minutes, they would have had a chance, but waiting until the score is 27-3 to put 16 unanswered points on the board simply can’t work!
Deb, far too many NFL teams fail to play 60 minutes: they only play in spurts. The Bills are certainly a Prime Example of that kind of competition which shows up in their 5-5 record.
Don’t ask. Actually, the Giants did beat Washington a few weeks ago, but of course they had a quarterback then. And it still wasn’t easy. But nothing is for this team. We’ll see, I guess. One thing the Bills won’t have to worry about is the Jets offense putting up a lot of points. If they can get out of their own way and stop with the terrible turnovers, the Bills should win.
Jeff, if Josh Allen can resist throwing three interceptions to the Jets, the Bills might have a chance at a badly needed win.
Who would have thought it – Tommy DeVito tossing three touchdowns?
Jeff, the Giants are full of surprises! Go Tommy DeVito!
I told you they didn’t have to worry about the Jets’ offense!
Jeff, and the Jets have to play the Dolphins on Friday! What a nightmare schedule!
Other than the hated Stealers losing, this day was mostly a bust!
Bob, I thought the Seahawks had that game, but the Rams fought back!
