This is one I know I could never get Phil to. I’d have to bribe him a fortune to see another play about nuns after Nunsense. Or after the movie SISTER ACT. The music is enough to sweep me up but unless its opera, he’s not a fan.
SISTER ACT: THE MUSICAL is a far cry from opera, Patti. But it’s still fun. Maybe one of your friends could go with you if SISTER ACT shows up in your neighborhood.
Patti, the one you want to take Phil to see is Charles Busch’s hilarious THE DIVINE SISTER. It’s even set in 1960’s Philadelphia!
SISTER ACT: THE MUSICAL is set in late-1970s Philadelphia, too, Jeff!
Gag me with a spoon.
Bob, you would be shocked at the sell-out crowd who showed up for SISTER ACT: THE MUSICAL on a cold, snowy night in Buffalo.
A little snow shouldn’t deter the people of Buffalo.
Bob, snow deters me when it comes to night driving. Like Stilwell, I have cataracts that need removal in a year or two.
