Maybe it’s the stress of dealing with research papers, FINAL EXAMS, and the hideous end-of-semester stack of paperwork that caused me to retreat into the Marvel Universe to watch these 26 episodes of action adventures. For less than $20, this package provides 3 DVDs with over 10 hours of content including commentaries by the show’s creators. If you’re a fan of Wolverine and the rest of the X-Men (and women), you’ll find plenty to enjoy with this set. GRADE: A
You lost me here, George. But as always I respect you eclectic tastes.
It’s just the Little Kid in me, Patti. I started reading comic books when I was five years old and I never really stopped.
Not a fan either.
WOLVERINE & THE X-MEN is pure escapism, Jeff. And after correcting over 100 research papers and facing the prospect of correcting an equal number of FINAL EXAMs tomorrow, I needed a fantasy break.
While Wolvie isn’t my favorite Marvel character – that would be Reid Bennett of the FF – this is something i’d watch if the library happened to have it. But then I’ve had Netflix DVDs for two months that aren’t yet viewed, so I’d never get around to it anyway.
I picked up WOLVERINE & THE X-MEN cheap at Sam’s Club, Rick. Once the story starts, there’s enough suspense to keep you feeding DVDs into your player.
I just love you guys.
We’re just 12-year-olds at heart, Patti.
Speak for yourself, George. I’m thirteen.
