The first album I wore out from playing it too much was Breakfast at Tiffiny’s. After that, I sought out soundtracks that had Henry Mancini’s name of them. Who can resist the music from The Pink Panther? Or Peter Gunn? All of these classic soundtracks have been totally remastered and sound great! Give that music lover on your holiday gift list this box set and reap the accolades for many years in the future!

What a great collection–and just the opening bars of Peter Gunn is worth the price!
Deb, you are so right! Mancini’s music from the Sixties is terrific!
I always loved his music. Great collection.
Patti, I’ve always liked Henry Mancini’s music. This box set is perfect for Mancini lovers!
Nice, though there is plenty of stuff missing. The second Peter Gunn album, Mr. Lucky, others. Still if someone didn’t have any of these – I have all but one – this would make a great gift.
Rick, the remastered sound on these CDs is amazing!

OK, got it back.
What I was trying to say earlier was that TWO FOR THE ROAD is one of our favorite movies (we watch it every New Year’s Eve) and Mancini’s beautiful score is an integral part of the charm. One of Jackie’s proudest purchases years ago was when she found a copy of the soundtrack album for sale. I also like the other Hepburn movies – BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY’s and CHARADE. Looks like a really good collection.
Jeff, like Rick said, this Mancini collection would make a great gift! There are hours of great music here!
