Oh, you newlyweds, George, with all your lovey-dovey. starry-eyed, kissy face nonsense! Get a room, why don’t you?

    And, BTW, congrats!

Congratulations! Have a wonderful day. My husband and I will celebrate our 25th in February–an accomplishment, yes, but I feel like a piker compared to you guys.

Congratulations! We hit #43 in October. Of course the Criders have the edge on all of us.

Are you doing anything exciting? Going over Niagara Falls in a barrel? Having Rob Ford over for dinner? Watching the Bills game?

Jeff, Diane decided she just wants to chill out today. Usually, we do a movie and dinner, but we’ve had three restaurant meals in past three days. Both of my sisters from Florida were in town. Plus, we did plenty with Patrick and Katie when they were in town. I’m off for most of January so I’m sure we’ll celebrate our Anniversary in leisurely fashion.

As for the woeful Buffalo Bills, they play a meaningless game in Foxboro this afternoon. The last time the Bills won in Foxboro was November 5, 2000. Thirteen years of futility…

Hey, congrats, George and Diane. Thirty-five is a goodly number of years.

Buffalo won last week, George, why so negative? They’ll probably come close today. As a Seahawks fan, I’M the one who’s worried. They had a chance to sew it all up last week and failed. They’ve looked inept the last five games, losing two and barely winning another. The Rams are tough and would love to beat the Seahawks. If Seattle isn’t ahead by a comfortable 10-20 points at halftime, it will be a looooong day for them. I’m almost afraid to look.

Rick, the Bills are playing basically a preseason game today. I can’t imagine they have much motivational (except not to get hurt). I think the Seashawks are in the driver’s seat for the Playoffs and the Super Bowl run.

The Giants play out the string in a mild but very wet Meadowlands today against the woeful Redskins. We’re getting 5 games today – Giants and Jets at 1, followed by the Bills-Patriots and the Packers-Bears, and of course Philadelphia at Dallas tonight.

Oh, are we talking football now? Best case scenario: Falcons beat Carolina (they’re ahead now, but only by a field goal) and the Saints win later today. Saints should win today, up against the 4-11 Bucs and playing in the Superdome, but count no one happy until the final horn sounds!

You’re the coolest couple I know, and I’ve been privileged to be around, rooting you on, for all 35. And many more!

No probably about it, Saints are likely to be the 6 seed after looking like a 1 or 2 seed a month ago. Those rose losses really hurt them, just as the last two losses hurt the Seahawks

Carl, with all the hustle and bustle of the Holidays, Diane and I decided a quiet ANNIVERSARY was in order. We’ll go out to a movie and dinner this week to extend the celebration.

As usual, Sandi and I still remain exactly one year behind. I hope your anniversary was as good as ours. And, Happy Holidays!

Scott, we had a low-key Anniversary after the hyper Holidays. Diane and I plan to go to a movie (FROZEN is the favorite night now) and have dinner at a swanky restaurant. Best wishes to you and Sandi!

35 years is a walk in the park when nice folks are involved.

A little belated but nonetheless sincere.

George and Diane, hope you enjoyed a day as nice as you two are.
