Jetty, thanks for your kind wishes. We thought 2013 was a Good Year: Patrick graduated with his PhD., Katie visited Singapore, Diane and Katie visited Patrick in Albuquerque, I had a blast at the BOUCHERCON in Albany, etc. No illnesses, no surgeries, no major catastrophes (but we did get a new roof and gutters–but with all the crazy weather and heavy rains that turned out to be a Good Thing).
