Yikes! It was 74 here yesterday and is 60 degrees now! The sun is still out, even though they’ve been predicting a storm front coming through with showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Then we get a one day cool down. I hate Spring snow. The worst here was a foot of snow on April 6, 1982, Opening Day at Yankee Stadium.

Jeff, Buffalo just set a new record (4.8 inches–old record 1.3 inches) for snow on April 21st. Next week we’re supposed to be in the 70s! Wacky weather!

Beth’s birthday is also the 26th!

Big Orange could blow that snow away in a trice! It’s a fine Spring day here!

Bob, I actually fired up Big Orange in preparation for this unlikely snow event. But, by the time I was about to snowblow, the temps went above freezing and the snow on my driveway melted away. I’m still going to have to run the gas out of Big Orange next week.

Beth, we woke up to 30 degree temps this morning (22 degree wind chill)…and more snow on the ground. Next week, we’re supposed to hit 75 degrees! Weird weather!

We’ve had almost no snow this winter near the Danube – now it’s probably around 65, moving to 70.
I’m in Germany now, got my first Astra/Zeneca jab this week – no pain, just feeling a bit tired and lower blood pressure, so I could save my Enalapril …
Hear near the Black Forest we have 15 – 17 degrees – Celsius of course, corresponds to almost 65 Fahrenheit.
Whenever I read George telling about snow I fondly remember our grandiose visit to the frozen Niagara Falls – phantastic memories!

Wolf, you would love the snowy Niagara Falls right now! Normally, we don’t have 5 or 6 inches of snow this late in April. But, the weather is wacky. Next week Western NY is supposed to be in the 70s!
