JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS VS. BUFFALO BILLS

This game didn’t sell out–in fact the die-hard fans who attend will be sitting in the rain–so radio coverage will be the order of the day. The Bills haven’t been mathematically eliminated, but their chances of making the Playoffs are very, very slim. Bills fans already talk about the 2013 NFL Draft. Is your favorite NFL team still in contention?

The Giants need to contain RGIII on Monday night. If they beat the Redskins again they will have all but slinched the NFC East with the Saints, Falcons and Ravens still to come.

Across town the pathetic Jets may finally have an opponent they can beat in the pathetic Arizona Cardinals. But we’ll see.

The Saints’ last two games have been horrible–the less said about Thursday night’s debacle against Atlanta the better. We knew the last part of the schedule would be tough in the Saints, but now they’re all but eliminated from playoff contention, I can at least focus on decorating my tree. Anyway, the Saints don’t play today–which, given the way they’ve been playing, is a good thing. Rest up for next season, boys!

I’m taking advantage of the unseasonably mild weather, Deb, and taking our vehicles to the car wash to get them cleaned inside and out. Our Christmas tree is up with its lights on, but we haven’t summoned the strength to put the 200 ornaments on the branches.

That was pretty embarrassing on Thursday, Deb. Five interceptions? Wow. And with the Super Bowl in New Orleans too…

I think the Bills have a decent chance to win today. Meanwhile, the Broncos face a talented Buc team. The Jets are…something else. Wonder if Ryan is going to survive the off-season purge.

Rex Ryan purged some of his coaches after last season, Drongo. Now, his head is on the chopping block. The Bucs are talented, but they seem to lose close games.

I don’t think the Seahawks have much chance against the Bears today, but I have some holiday stuff to do, so may not catch the game anyway. Niners should beat Rams. To think once upon a time, when the Rams were the LOS ANGELES RAMS and I was a fan, I would have been rooting for the Rams in a huge rivalry game. Oh well, those were the days. I probably won’t even bother with the Monday game, I don’t much like any of the teams in that NFC division… Today the Christmas music CDs come out.

With today’s upset road win the Seahawks stand a chance of making the playoffs. They have three home games against divisional opponents and they’re a good home team. Wilson’s maturation as a QB continues apace and that should help them win more games.

I see no reason to cancel the KC game just because one fool couldn’t control his temper. Why should all the attending fans, concessionaires, TV people, etc suffer because of him?

Still having to log in, George. Probably some glitch in my system. I have the same problem with Facebook.

The Seahawks should have no trouble with the Bills when the play in Toronto, Bob. Patrick is still working on your problem. Your anti-virus software might be the problem.
