Perhaps more importantly (though his senility atop his lifelong stupidity outside of nepp-baby criminality might be the most important thing), his hallucinations about the Iran War and free-floating anger and hatred of everyone coming to the fore, as a malignant narcissist who isn’t hearing the world Sir addressed to him nearly as often as he addresses himself that way.

The really scary part is, I really think he has at least partially convinced himself that it’s all true, that he was chosen by God. If that’s true, anything goes. Start a nuclear war? God has empowered Him to do whatever He thinks is right.

Will no one rid us of this noxious sociopath?

I just finished a novel called Deadly Storms by Christine Feehan, perhaps my favorite author. This book gave me the fictional answer to Trump. The guy is called Deadly Storm, the Ghost. He gets into the Canadian embassy, kills the very evil ambassador and all his guards. He gets in and out without being seen. He works for the CIA, of course, but this is personal. This is why I bury my head in my favorite books , fantasize about an agent ridding us of Trump and Vance and pretend that Hakeem becomes President now!

Jackie, I’ll have to check out DEADLY STORMS. Thanks for the heads up! Some people think J. D. Vance will be worse than Trump…

A bit closer to sane, Vance, but a wannabe at best, and no more intelligent.

Unfortunately, assassination of either will only make them martyrs and leave us with President Mike Johnson, who somehow splits their noxious difference, and seems to know a bit better, unfortunately, how to actually be a politician.

Sorry guys but hell will have to wait. We’re stuck with this monster for another 33 months, after he disrupts the next two elections. Till then he’ll bluster his way through any health issues and everything else.

Thing is, the reasons I see anyone liking Drumpf, much less voting for hm, are
        1) they share his resentments to some degree or another
        2) they admire or even envy his wealth, almost all of it gained through one form of criminal behavior or another (“which makes me smart”)
        3) they trust other people to think for them
        4) they think anyone rich is favored by their god/gods
        5) they look upon him being wealthy as somehow a good omen for their own success (but they don’t seem to understand he is a nepo baby criminal), though the prices they’re paying for various things are perhaps shaking this
        6) likewise his peace-monger pledge, when he’s gotten us into more wars and skirmishes than most presidents in the world, much less solely the US, as well as alienating and threatening our allies
        7) It’s tough to feel stupid around Drumpf. Few are more ill-informed and prouder of that than he.
Those I know who are Drumpf supporters still are the kind of folks who thing They Own The Libs by irritating basically everyone else, as he and his highly-placed cronies make life worse for nearly everyone in the world.
I certainly don’t want him martyred through assassination. I want him tried and convicted for his many, many crimes, and removed to a useful facility, to say nothing of his ill-gotten gains put to good uses by federal, state and local governments. Though that last is asking a lot of at least some of those governments.

Todd, among the friends I know who voted for Trump, there’s a lot of “Buyer’s Remorse.” The High gas prices are a game changer.

Anyone who voted for Drumpf without paying attention to all the ways he was unfit that some other Republicans were not have No excuse. It’s not as if he ever hid them.

I hadn’t seen those., so I thank you.

I’m hoping he’ll be ousted BEFORE the election. Picking a fight with the Pope wasn’t smart, not was starting a war without even the slightest plan on how to conduct it, or having a reason why that would make any sense. Of course renaming the Dept of defense to Dept of war have a hint. The sooner we get rid of this POS, the better.

Trump being Trump ruined his chances for a Nobel Peace Prize!

Apparently, he went on a crazed “Sun downing” posting spree last night, posting about 50 different posts throughout the night, lots of A.I. slop, including one with him getting covered in blood. WTF??😬

Can someone please take Grandpa’s phone away??

He is still in contention for the Nobel Cankles Prize. Will someone please tell him that’s a thing.

        Eh. When they choose to.

Somehow I susect the CIA might not be a hotbed of Drumpf’s biggest fans, given how many of their international Usual Suspects he snuggles up to. Similarly to much of the military, the clergy, the judiciary and most of the sane. And most parents.

And his arrogance, free-floating stupidity and ignorance, criminality, and malignant narcissism. And by all accounts he tends to smell bad.
