Kansas City CHIEFS VS. BUFFALO BILLS

This game between the Kansas City Chiefs (4-1) vs. the Buffalo Bills (4-1) has been moved by the National Football League–in its infinite wisdom–to Monday, October 19 at 5 P.M on FOX. Meanwhile both the Chiefs and the Bills are battling injuries so we’ll see who shows up to play tomorrow. How will your favorite NFL team perform today?

You know my default position on the Giants, but they did almost (but not quite) manage to beat the Cowboys last week, so there is at least a decent chance they will get their first win today over the Washington No-Names. The Jets will probably lose in Miami.

The 3-2 Saints have a bye week, but I’d be watching Game 7 of the NLCS anyway and hoping that the Dodgers (featuring, my daughters assure me, my future son-in-law, Cody Bellinger) can beat the Braves and advance to the World Series. Last night the Rays beat the Astros in the 7th game of the ALCS to clinch their place at the World Series (incidentally, this is only the third time in MLB history that both league championship series went to seven games). I haz a sad for the Astros this morning—but I think they went further than anyone thought they would, especially without pitching ace Justin Verlander. Go Dodgers!

They would have been the only team ever to make the World Series with a losing record, which should never, ever have happened. Just glad the Cheaters lost.
