MIAMI DOLPHINS VS. BUFFALO BILLS: THE 2010 SEASON OPENER

After a decade of futility, the Buffalo Bills start the 2010 NFL season with most fans doubting the team’s ability to win. Many experts predict the Bills will only win three or four games this season. If such prognostications prove to be wrong, the factor that may surprise the experts is Bills rookie First Round Draft Pick C. J. Spiller. Spiller showed flashes in the dismal preseason games that he had game-breaking ability. Some of his runs were highlight reel material. If the Bills win games, Spiller will have to be their star running back. Good luck to all of your NFL teams this season!

Good luck. Everyone around here is touting the Jets as a Super Bowl team but let’s see how the season plays out. I’m hoping the Giants are better than the .500 record I’ve seen predicted but I don’t forsee another Super Bowl this year.

The Lions will need more than luck to do better than 3 and 13. That luck has proved elusive over the last fifty years.

I say Go Chargers! They play KC tomorrow night. There are teams I like and root for, but the Chargers are the “home team” of choice here, and I once had season tickets. I am also very interested to see what the Seahawks will do this season.

Don’t get your hopes to high for the Bills, George, they have becomes one of those teams who seem to struggle at the bottom third of their division year after year. I do hope Spiller provides some life and light, and that he stays injury-free.

Seahawks kicked 49er butt. I hope they play this well against better teams. Like you, I don’t have a lot of hope for the Bills, George. Too bad, because I like them.

I’ve heard that rumor, too, Drongo. And, there’s always Toronto that wants an NFL team. But I doubt if either L.A. or Toronto fans will buy tickets to see this woeful team like Bills fans do.
