No. 6 Indianapolis at No. 3 Houston, 4:35 p.m. ET (ESPN/ABC) and No. 5 Seattle at No. 4 Dallas, 8:15 p.m. ET (Fox)

I always enjoy Wild Card Weekend when the competition is fierce and the talent level is balanced. In the first game, the Houston Texans are favored by 1 point. But, I think the Indianapolis Colts will win. In the second game, the Dallas Cowboys are favored by 2 points. I’m picking the Seahawks. Which teams do you think will win?

Never watch playoff games of any sport unless my local teams are involved. Have never watched a Superbowl game.

I’m guessing you are right about the Colts winning over Houston, and I am rooting for the Seahawks over the hated Cowboys.

Jeff, the Cowboys have struggled in the Playoffs during the 21st Century. I’m hoping their struggles continue. But the Seahawks need to bring their “A” Game today.

We’re going to a family wedding today, so I doubt we’ll see either game (the couple should be very happy the Saints got a bye week and weren’t playing today or I guarantee half their guests would not have shown up!). I think both Dallas and the Seahawks have been kryptonite for the Saints in the past, so not sure who I’d like to win that one. I’d like to see the Colts win because of Andrew Luck’s redemption arc.

Deb, I remember attending a wedding in the early 1990s when the Bills were playing in a Playoff Game that day as well. Most of the attendees gravitated to the bar area where the game was on a big screen TV. The bride was miffed!

I remember being a lot younger and bringing a transistor radio to a wedding because it conflicted with the World Series.

Jeff, I got into trouble with my parents when I smuggled my transistor radio into Church. I lost my transistor radio for a week.

Obviously, we’ll be pulling for the Seahawks. I’m wearing my Seahawks shirt now, as I have breakfast. I hope there are no injuries!

The “analysts” at Sports Illustrated say Seattle has only a 35% chance of winning, but I hope they’re wrong. I’d feel a whole lot better if Dallas didn’t have Amari Cooper, but then they likely wouldn’t be where they are without him. The Seattle defense will be challenged!

Steve seems quite proud of his no playoffs, no super bowl record, but I can’t imagine why.

Rick, the Cowboys wouldn’t be in the Playoffs without Amari Cooper. He was worth trading a First Round Pick to acquire. Your Seahawks shirt might just turn the tide!
