In this fourth and final season of Star Wars Rebels, the crew of the Ghost take on the forces of Grand Admiral Thrawn. Plenty of action and thrills! Here are 353 minutes of excellent animated adventures! In addition, there’s Ghosts of Legend, a extra that shows how these episodes came about with the creative staff that produced them. Also included is Force of Rebellion, an interview with Executive Producer Dave Filoni who discusses his insights into The Force and its impact on the Star Wars saga. In addition, there’s Kevin Kiner: The Rebel Symphony, a feature on the music of the Rebel series. If you’re a Star Wars fan, this is a must-buy. If you’re a casual fan, your local Public Library should have this set. Pure escapism. Are you a Star Wars fan? GRADE: A
Star Wars in animation? I didn’t know there was one. I used to be a fan, George, though I now plan to watch all the movies including the spinoffs and standalones all over again.
Prashant, these animated Star Wars Blu-rays supplement the movies. I found the animation above average and the scripts compelling. You would enjoy these plucky Rebels!
Sorry, I’ve never been interested in animation, whether Disney or the followers, can’t enjoy it …
When my wife’s son comes to viait us in Hungary with the grandchild they usually switch on the tv for her, series from all over the world – not for me.
Rather OT re Star Wars:
I just found out that Mark Hamill aka luke Skywalker is on twitter – and he’s a real Liberal, as anti Trump as possible.
So I regularly look up and enjoy his news – he’s very funny and also a dog lover like us …
Wolf, Mark Hamill has appeared as himself on the TV show THE BIG BANG THEORY. Hamill also does “voice” work on BATMAN animated features.
Totally forget – seems I’m getting old!
I watched the first Star Wars films but was really disappointed – because in my eyes they were not Science Fiction, just a combo of adventure and fantasy …
And also much too preditable!
So I haven’t watched the later films, not even on tv – boring for me just like Avatar.
Especially with all those stunts and CGI.
Wolf, George Lucas went back and “tweaked” those early Star Wars movies. Most purists hate them and seek out the original versions.
