After the Buffalo Bills found themselves shut out 22-0 in Green Bay last Sunday, this has been a week of reflection for the team. Too many Offensive Line breakdowns led to rookie QB Josh Allen running for his life on Lambeau Field. Today, the Bills face the mighty Tennessee Titans who are favored by 6 1/2 points over the hapless home team. A chance of rain is in the forecast so maybe the Bills will recover a few fumbles…unless they fumble the ball to the Titans! What are the prospects for your favorite NFL team?
Not good. The Lions play Green Bay today.
Steve, even though the Packers pummeled the Bills 22-0 last week, I think Green Bay is a vulnerable team.
Not great here, either. The Giants are playing the Panthers in Carolina, but after their lousy performance last week against the Saints we appear to be looking at another lost season. And if that isn’t bad enough, they have a short turnaround before hosting the Eagles on Thursday night, after which they might well be 1-5.
The one consolation is, we have another matinee on Broadway this afternoon, so I won’t have to watch it.
Jeff, I’ll be busy watching the new DOCTOR WHO this afternoon.
I plan on watching the new 3rd season of The Man In The High Castle.
Steve, I started watching THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE in Season One, but lost interest. I read that Season Two and Season Three “modify” Philip K. Dick’s plot.
The 3-1 Saints don’t plays until tomorrow night when they take on the 2-1 Redskins in the Superdome. I’ll be able to enjoy the baseball playoff games today without constantly flipping back to the Saints game. However, tomorrow will be a different story.
Deb, I’ve learned to bet the OVER on the Saints games. They put up a lot of points, win or lose!
The Seahawks play the Rams, and I expect them to get creamed. We’ll likely watch the baseball playoffs, which comes on a little later. Go, Dodgers.
Rick, the Seahawks played a great game against the Rams, but came up a little short. I’m envisioning a Rams vs. Chiefs Super Bowl.
I see the Bills beat Tennessee! Way to go. And Detroit beat Green Bay.
The Giants scored over 30 for the first time in over a year and still managed to find a way to lose. Pathetic.
Jeff, I thought the Beckham to Saquon Barkley TD pass was the Play of the Day!
Yes, that was amazing, but I have to agree with Landon Donovan. The NFL needs better officiating! How many games this year have already been decided by terrible or at least very questionable calls.
Jeff, this season’s NFL officiating, never a strong point of the League, struggles with the helmet hit/shoulder hit controversy as well as non-calls.
I took my granddaughter to Odyssey 1 and scored two animals in the claw machine!
Bob, you haven’t lost your skills with the Claw Machine!
I was shocked when I turned on the game when we got home (4th qtr.) and saw the Seahawks ahead, but that didn’t last long. Too bad.
Rick, the Rams and Chiefs look unbeatable right now. On November 19th the Rams and Chiefs play each other so someone is likely to lose (unless we get another tie game!).
