The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal as the title character, a bounty hunter traveling to Mandalore to redeem his past transgressions with his companion Grogu (aka, Baby Yoda) in the early episodes of this eight episode season.
This third season of The Mandalorian features Bo-Katan Kryze, once a ruler of Mandalore before the planet was bombed into rubble, who decides to help the Mandalorian and Grogu. Katee Sackhoff, who I really liked in Longmire, brings Bo-Katan Kryze to life with spirit and grit. In the second episode, she saves the Mandalorian’s life not once…but twice!
I’ve enjoyed the first two seasons of The Mandalorian and after watching the first two episodes of Season 3 I’m delighted with the direction the plot is taking. Are you a fan of The Mandalorian? GRADE: (Incomplete…but trending towards an A)
George, I just have not been able to get into any of the STAR WARS stuff since the introduction of Jar-Jar Binks. (Truth to tell, the off-putting began with the third film that had the execrable Ewoks and the sappy denouement that really belonged in a poorly-written 19th-century chjildren’s book.) This all may due to a genetic failing of my part, buut I have learned to live with it.
Jerry, the STAR WARS universe has many different elements. I’m fond of the clones…and the Mandalorian. Diane loves Baby Yoda!
I don’t have disney, so haven’t seen anything. I am able to get netflix and prime on Larry’s tv, though I also watch baseball, college basketball (woman’s and mens)
and soccer. compromises!!
I finally got caught up with Grace & Frankie, and we saw all of 3 pines, sad to hear it wasn’t renewed for a second season
Maggie, sadly THREE PINES didn’t have enough “action” to satisfy the current viewing tastes of AMAZON PRIME Video watchers.
I have a bunch of model kits from the series but I haven’t watched it! I don’t have Disney!
