BUFFALO BILLS VS. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

Rookie quarterback Josh Allen sustained a lacerated ligament in his right elbow (on his throwing arm) so Allen will sit today. Nathan Peterman, the second year QB, imploded yet again at the end of the Houston Texans game as he threw TWO interceptions which lost the game for the Bills. The Bills went out and signed ancient QB Derek Anderson. And guess who is going to start today in Indy…yep, Derek Anderson. The Bills are 7 1/2 point underdogs to Andrew Luck and the Colts. How will your favorite NFL team do today?

They will be perfect! Yes, that’s right, the Giants have their second Sunday in a row off. They will be visiting Atlanta to play the Falcons on Monday night, and I don’t believe the 11 days off between games will bring a different result. I’m anticipating their fourth consecutive loss and a record of 1-6 at the end of the night.

The 4-1 Saints will be in Baltimore to take on the 4-2 Ravens. The Saints have NEVER beaten the Ravens—but if they do so today, Drew Breese will become only the third quarterback in NFL history to have beaten every team in the NFL at least once. I’m hopeful, but the Ravens are favored.

Rick, the Buffalo Bills bye can’t come soon enough. They’ve lost two games in a row and face the mighty New England Patriots on Monday Night Football next week. Yikes!

Brees gets help from the breeze which sent the Ravens point-after-touchdown kick away from the goal post. So Brees now has a victory against every other NFL team, plus he now has over 500 touchdown passes.

Deb, Brees shows what a great QB he is with performances like this one against the Ravens. Beating all the teams in the NFL and throwing for more than 500 TDs will get Brees in the Hall of Fame!

Deb, I could not believe they won on a botched PAT. My friend Cindy in North Carolina gave up on the Panthers after three awful quarters against the Eagles, so missed their 21 point fourth quarter comeback win.

I’m not anticipating heroics from the Giants in Atlanta tonight. Odell Beckham needs to STFU and play football, like rookie Saquon Barkley is doing week after week.
