BUFFALO BILLS VS. OAKLAND RAIDERS

The 6-5 Buffalo Bills take on the 9-2 Oakland Raiders. Vegas has made the Raiders a 3-point favorite which confounds most Bills fans who see this game as a blow-out. If the Bills are going to stay in this game, they need big games from their star running back LeSean McCoy and their frequently injured wide receiver, Sammy Watkins. A loss to the Raiders would pretty much end the Bills’s slim Playoff chances. How will your favorite NFL team do today?

I agree, three points seems ludicrous.

If the Giants are going to have a chance in Pittsburgh it will be the defense getting to Big Ben, because their offense keeps shooting itself in the foot week after week, even in beating the woeful Browns last week. So no, I am not confident about this one, but if the Giants want to be taken seriously they need to win.

Jeff, the Giants could do the Bills a big favor if they could knock off the Steelers. But, that only counts if the Bills win in Oakland (slim probability).

Despite Drew Breese having one of his best seasons, the 5-6 Saints have not been winning as they should, with several games decided on the last play. However, there’s buzz that if (and it’s a big if) the Saints can win their remaining games, there’s a playoff possibility. But so many other factors have to align just right, I’m not going to get my hopes up–especially as today they take on the 7-4 Detroit Lions in the Superdome. Time was, the Saints couldn’t lose at home, but those days are long gone. I’ll hope for the best and have the game on, but I’ll also be writing out Christmas cards and doing laundry to keep myself occupied.

I hope the raiders lose to the Bills. The Raiders fans are pretty violent. There’s a commercial that plays showing doors being locked, shutters drawn, bars being closed over shops. The caption is, “most people hate it when the raiders come to town, but we love it” the ad is for a Bail Bondsman

Seahawks vs. Carolina Panthers. Who knows? The Seahawks looked so bad last week they couldn’t have beaten the Browns or 49ers. This week? I just hope they don’t suffer any more injuries.

Go Raiders! Go Giants! Go Seahawks! So far my favorite game of the day was the Chiefs and Falcons! But I must have missed the bulletin that said a runback on an extra point(s) try only counts as two points! What a ridiculous rule!

That’s the second time this season that play happened that I know of. I agree I’d never heard of the rule before.
