Sergio, I hope you enjoy a Happy Valentine’s Day. I’m taking my wife to dinner at her favorite local restaurant (a harpist will be playing!).

Jeff, some women want pizza for Valentine’s Day. Diane wanted to see THE LEGO MOVIE. My review will on the blog tomorrow! What are you and Jackie doing for Valentine’s Day?

Same to you and Diane, George.

I asked Barbara what she’d like for Valentine’s Day – and our anniversary tomorrow – and she answered “to lose 5 pounds”. So not candy, dinner out or any of that. We’ll take a walk and maybe (gasp!) hold hands. 🙂

Carl, hope you and your wife are able to celebrate Valentine’s Day despite the weather you’re having. Snow hit us this morning, but the weather cleared by the afternoon.

Jackie fell the other day (didn’t hurt her knee) and she is taking it easy. Just a trip to Cheesecake Factory and cheesecake for dessert plus a DVD tonight.

She wants to know what kind of food the harp place serves.

Jeff, balance was the big factor in my Rehab and Physical Therapy after both of my knee replacement surgeries. I still work on balance every day. Glad to hear Jackie’s okay. We love the Cheesecake Factory. But their portions are so large that we end up taking the cheesecake home (with half of our dinners!). I’m taking Diane to a swanky restaurant so I’ll probably have Prime Rib and Diane usually orders Filet Mignon. I’m particularly fond of their stuffed banana peppers! Hot, hot, hot! And their coconut cream pie is to die for!

I don’t see how you can go wrong with prime rib and fliet mignon. Usually Jackie gets the former and I get the latter. I remember the stuffed banana peppers from when DDD did the late, great Pizza Junction.

At Cheesecake Factory we got for lunch and get the lunch-sized portions (still big, but less massive than the dinner size). We try and skip the cheesecake except for special occasions like yesterday.

Actually, speaking of pizza today we went to the local branch of a NY classic, Grimaldi’s. Yum!
